Public Safety

• I support our police and fire departments. I support more public safety personnel.

Accountability

• Government must be accountable. We must be good stewards of our taxpayer dollars. 

Homelessness

• We need to improve access to homeless services, while also prioritizing encampment cleanup and accountability. 

Economic Development

• Modesto needs economic development if we are to create new good paying jobs for our children and grandchildren. 

• We need to create more opportunities to build a skilled workforce - we want our young people to be able to stay and raise their families here.

Housing Development

•  We should streamline the permit process and welcome developers with fair incentives to invest into Modesto growth.

Blight

• A community that looks trashy is thought of by others as trashy. I will be a strong advocate for blight clean up and tree maintenance.

Transparency

• Public trust is essential. Modesto must continue with its recent efforts at transparency and open civil dialogue at the council. I look forward to being an additional voice for transparent and effective government.
